Sea Slurper

A seagull in flight hovers over a piece of driftwood jutting from the ocean. Waves crash gently around the weathered wood.

This is an altered reality image - I manipulated it so that the driftwood appears to be a sea creature slurping up the sea water.

I entered this image in the Plano Photography Club Altered Reality Theme Competition. It received a score of 14, placed 2nd within my level and was 3rd among all images.
